Venue Rental Schedule for Main Museum Area
Day Rental (up to 4 hours)
Up to 75 people $500
Non Profit $350
Wedding/Large Event Rental (Museum closed for the day)
75 to 200 people $1000
Additional charge for more than 200 people.
Non Profit $ 750
$250 cleaning deposit required for all rentals in the main museum. This is refundable if all tablecloths are returned within one week clean, all trash is removed, tables and chairs are returned to their storage area.
$500.00 if a cash bar is requested. The museum will run it and net the proceeds. This cost includes liquor license and proper insurance. TIPS trained Bartenders are included. We need 40 days notice to be able to get a permit for a cash bar. An open bar can be accommodated. The price will vary depending on the type and brand of alcohol requested.
Table/Chair Rental/Table Cloths
Up to 200 chairs (black) - $1 each
Up to 24 round tables (seats 8) $10 each
Black or White Table Cloths - $2 each

$250 set up fee
$500 cleaning fee
$100 per security guard if alcohol is being served. One security guard is required per 50 guests.
