EXHIBITS & EVENTS 2015
2015 A.R. Mitchell Museum Quick-draw and Auction
Onlookers were amazed and astounded by the incredible works of art that 14 artists created in just one hour at the 2015 Quick Draw. Some artists painted from photos while others quickly painted the live models that arrived at the Courthouse lawn early Saturday morning. Everyone enjoyed the beautiful morning of fun and excitement.
At around 12:30 the showdown continued in the museum where the paintings were auctioned off to the highest bidders. Many people bid on multiple paintings hoping to win one of the coveted masterpieces, but only 14 lucky bidders won in the end.
